Trip to California

Okay, just like promised. Here are some pictures of Westin's and my trip to California. It was super fun and way warm. A million times better than cold snowy Utah.

Westin and I went to the cheesecake factory in Newport Beach. It was delicious. This is Westin's sandwich. It was HUGE!

This is Westin with his two favorite comic book super heros, Spiderman and Capitan America. He was so super excited when he saw them and could get a picture of all three of them together!

This is a private beach our hotel let us have access too! Isn't it pretty?!

This is Westin buiding a sand castle. It was way fun, I tried to help but his sand castle building techniques are way better than mine.

If you can't already tell, westin wrote "I love Chelsea" I big letters on the sand. It was way to big for me to be able to get in one shot. But I loved it. We had people we had never even met before commenting on it and asking if I was Chelsea.

This is our hott convertable we drove all over California. Westin loved driving with the top down.


Our hotel had a life size chess set for Westin and I to play. (we love to play chess so this was really exciting) This is us fighting on chess set.

This is Westin triumphing after he put me in check mate. He always wins but I still have a lot of fun playing.

Okay I finally got all my pictures downloaded on to my computer! Yippee! So enjoy! I am going to California for a week today so you can look forward to my next update having pictures of Cali. on there!

I died and cut my hair today! And I love it. Here are the pics. Let me know what you think. I wanted to dye it before my wedding but I wanted to be blonde for my wedding so I had to wait... Did I mention that I really love it?

Twilight and other silly news

SORRY SORRY SORRY about the long time you've had to wait for an update from me! I would post pictures of my wedding but the only ones I have are the ones on other peoples blogs, so feel free to wander over the Heidi, Emily, Crystal, Mom, or Aunt Sharon's blog and look at pictures. But the wedding was fabulous and the newly weds (that is Westin and myself) couldn't be happier. We are living in his parents basement apartment, but his family is really good to not come down and bug us. Anyway, onto Twilight!

I don't know how many of you have read or even heard about this book but I am halfway through it and I am completely in love with it. I don't want to give anything away, but if you havent' read it already you really need to!

Update on life

Okay I know I haven't updated for a while so I thought I better get one in before I get married. So here is just a bunch of random thoughts

1- I get married in 4 days! I am so excited!
2- Also, I have 3 tests and one assignment due before I get married. (needless to say I am stressing just a little bit)
3- I do have a bunch of pictures from showers and what not but since I am not on my computer (I am at work) I can't download them so you can see. but if you want to see pics check out my mom's blog on the left.
4- I got my bridals back! if you want to see go to pictage.com then type in "chelsea weston" where it says find your event. It should be self explanitory from there.
5- That's all I got right now. Sorry my life is just really busy and boring right now

A Penny For Your Thoughts (Yes I'm A Copy Cat)

-Everyone else has updated recently and since I strive to be as cool as everyone else I thought I would update as well.
-My camera has been in Westin's car for weeks now so I haven't taken any pictures for a really long time so sorry about the lack of pictures.
-27 days and counting till I get to marry the best man in the whole world!
- Wedding plans are going great! I only have flowers left to take care of and Westin's best friend Mario's mom is going to do them so hopefully I can go talk to her sometime this week and get that taken care of!
- I took my bridals yesterday! I know this sounds a little bit self centered and maybe a little vain, but I thought it was the funnest thing ever! The whole day everybody was focused on making sure I looked beautiful, and I must say they did a wonderful job. Westin's sisters Heather and Alora did my hair and makeup and they did such a good job, they were so nice to do that for me!
-I lost my phone on Saturday :( It was the hardest thing to go without a phone. Luckily Westin is so stinking wonderful and he let me use his until I found mine. And I did find it, It was under the seat in Heidi's car. Thanks again heidi for finding it for me.
-I move out of my apartment on tuesday :( I will miss my roomates so much! They are so wonderful.

Ode To My Roomies

So, the day I got engaged my roommates and I decided to get a bunch of pictures of us taken in black shirts and then some in white. Anyway, because I am leaving all my roommates and moving in with a boy I decided to post our pictures! Here you go!







I really do love my roommates so much! I will miss them tons when I have to move out!

Random update on my life! (Mostly on Westin)

Hey friends, I just thought I would give you an update on wedding plans and my life. But since wedding plans are my life, that is what this post is about!

1- I love being engaged!
2- I have the best fiance in the world! He is so good to me, he does the cutest things like bring me flowers at work and wax his eyebrows for me. He is so cute! I am so excited to spend the rest of eternity with him and his red hair!
3- We did change the wedding date! I decided that December was too busy of a month to add another big event to it. So We are now getting married the Tuesday before thanksgiving! Its november 20th. So keep that date open. The temple ceremony will be at 12:20 with a luncheon at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building at 3:00.

Trip to DC and New York!

Hey friends! I am back from New York/Washigton DC and it was SOOO Fun! But the hardest thing I could have done two days after getting engaged! Warning, tons of pictures ahead! and they are in no particular order!

Brink sitting in the airport waiting to check in our luggage before going home! By time the end of our trip came, sitting down was the most exciting thing we could have done. We were exhausted!

Brink and I with almost matching beanies! There are tons of stores just on the street with way good deals for beanies and I love NY t-shirts!

This is Ground Zero. I was expecting something a little bit different like flags or something but for right now it is just construction. But if you ever have the chance you should google the future plans for it. It should be was super cool.

Me outside the New York Temple where we had church. It is cool because it is just on the corner of some busy street in New York.

I went and saw Wicked! and it was so stinking amazing! I heard it is coming to Utah next year and I am definitely going! It was well worth the arm and leg I paid to go see it.

Emily and I on top of the Empire State Building looking down on the rest of New York. It really was an amazing view! Although New York is very smoggy (if that is a word) so it wasn't as clear of a view as I had imagined.

Lincoln Monument

Brinkley being tired from running all over Washington DC (we were both so tired!)

Wall of Remembrance at the Holocaust Museum. Which the Holocaust Museum is amazing! But very depressing!

This is Brinkley (my friend from work who went with me) and myself in our 4 hour layover (which turned into a 5 hour layover). It was so boring being stuck in a silly airport in denver for that long so we entertained ourselfs by taking pictures of us.

This is me on Emily's partio. It was so warm and humid and Brink and I slept in this little room off Emily's house that was just screens all the way around it. It was so fun! Thanks again Emily for letting us stay!
