Baby Bump!

Due to the high demand of baby bump picture requests I have finally decided to get some cute clothes on and somewhat do my hair and make-up for some pictures.  I sometimes I feel like my stomach is getting bigger, other times I think it is the same.  Anyway enjoy the pics!

Happy Valentines Day!

First things first!  I am so sorry it has been a month since  I updated... I know I should be punished.  

I want wish you all a very Happy Valentines Day.  I wish I could have given you all your own personal Transformer Valentine.  But know this came from my heart.

Friday night we had our friends the Heaths over for games and we decided to make sugar cookies as well.

Westin made a way cool Valentines Vampire but it broke before I got a good picture of it.

This pic is for Leisa Lu.  She gave me this way cool picture frame for Christmas and I finally put pictures in it the other day!  I love it... Thanks again Lu!

Westin gave me 2 red roses for Valentines day this year. 2 because it is the 2nd Valentines day that we've been married... not because he is cheap.

Update

I have had lots of calls asking if I ended up needing an IV, so I thought I would add a quick update. No, I didn't end up getting an IV, when I went back to the doctor he said that my ketone levels are lower so I just need to keep track of how I am feeling and if I get to feeling really gross again I need to go get them checked again. But I am feeling pretty good and hope to continue feeling better. Thanks for your concern!

Adventures in Pregnancy

Well, before I get to all the exciting pregnancy updates I thought we should first take a quick look at our Christmas Holiday.  Westin bought me a new camera for Christmas!  I LOVE it!  I would take a picture of it but... well you know.

Here is Westin at the Judd family Christmas dinner. This is when he decided to have just a mustache for a couple of days after his brother talked him into it.

Okay on to pregnancy news!

Here is Westin using his tie as a odor shield while cleaning up some throw-up that didn't make it to the toilet.  He has been so good at taking care of me.

Here is baby Smith!  He/She is currently 6.93 Cm long. Which puts me due a week and a half sooner than I thought I was! July 31, 2009 here I come!

The Dr's appointment went really well.  I felt like the Dr. Lamoreaux answered all my questions plus some.  I do have to go in again tomorrow and get my urine checked again.  I had too many ketones in my urine (+4 which is the highest/largest you can have) and ketones make you even more sick and nauseated.  So for today I have to stay home nibbling constantly on crackers, pasta and whatever else and constantly drinking 1 tsp of juice at a time. So hopefully tomorrow my ketones will be lower or I will have to go get an IV in order to get hydrated.  But still I am just happy, seeing my baby move on the ultrasound made it all better!

Last Couple Of Weeks

Okay so the last couple of weeks have been crazy for me!  I have lost my camera... I'm sure it is somewhere in my house but I can't find it anywhere, so no pictures...sorry! But here is short post about my last two weeks or so.

Started a new job at Heritage Schools, it is a center for at risk youth! It is going really good so far. I had to sit in training for two weeks (BORING!) but now I am actually working at it is going good, I enjoy working with the girls and look forward to all the new things they teach me.

Also the more exciting news is that Westin and I are going to have a BABY!!!  We were going to wait a little while longer before telling people but we are just too excited and have a hard time keeping our own secrets! (Yes Heidi, you are now allowed to tell people) So come the middle of August their will be another little Smith in the family.

Thanksgiving and new Hair!

Westin and I spent Thanksgiving at my parents house.  It was so much fun we laughed, ate, relaxed, ate some more, played and then ate even more!  Here are some pictures from my camera, to see more of the festivities you can go here or here.

Westin, Emily, Crystal, Cindy and I all played a good game of Risk after dinner.  Crystal won on Thanksgiving, but Westin won the night before when Westin, Dad, Crystal and I played.

My super cute cousin Charise was nice enough to give me a hair cut and dye before I started my new job this afternoon.  Here are the results.  It isn't a very good picture but I LOVE my new cut and color!  Let me know what you think

New Couch!

Okay so I have been couch-less since we moved to Orem.  We did have a couch when we lived in Ogden, but we decided it was to big and heavy to move down to Orem, so we haven't had one.  But for our wedding anniversary Westin decided that it was time we had a couch.  So, we got on ksl.com and looked.  We found this couch and cover to go with it for a total of only $140!  So, my Mom and Dad said they would bring the truck down to pick it up for us (thanks again Mom and Dad), then they bought us pizza! So although it isn't the nicest couch ever I love it.  I just need to get some cute throw pillows and we will be set.
